Due to hotel renovations this year, availability has been limited.

With over 220 dancers already signed up to the event, rooms are now extremely limited.


The Diamante hotel currently has just 20 rooms available for anyone arriving on Friday 26-09-25 and departing on or up until 02-10-25.

You will receive a discount under our group booking. You must book onto the event first and then we will give you the information to book your accommodation directly. For additional days after the weekend, please note that the hotel discounts are only available to those who have paid the £20 per day event fee. Pricing detailed below.

The Esmeralda is just a 3 minute walk from the Diamante Hotel. You can still use all the facilities at the Diamante and choose to pay a supplement so you can eat in the Diamante restaurant each day. Pricing detailed below.

If you would like late check out on your last day this can be arranged on request and is subject to availability. Bookings to be made when you are at the hotel and payment directly at reception. 

Payment options:
• In full at the time of booking  
• 50% on booking and 50% 2 months before your first nights stay
• Anyone booking in the last 2 months prior to the camp from 1st August must pay in full. 

Hotel Cancelation Policy:
• Cancellations one month before arrival - no charges. Full refund.
• Cancellation between 15 days and one month before arrival - you will be charged 25 % of the total and refunded the rest of the money.
• Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before arrival - you will be charged 50 % of the total and refunded the rest of the money.
• Cancellation between the arrival day and 6 days before arrival - no refund. You will be charged 100%
Paradise at The Diamante!

The daily classes will take place in purpose built studios which overlook the pool and stunning surroundings.

Meet us by the pool each evening for a pre-dinner dance. The evening dances are held in the Grand Ballroom each night with it's expanse of beautiful wooden dance floor.

With all inclusive at the hotel, all meals are included with a buffet style selection available at each sitting with choices of hot, cold and freshly cooked meals. If you have any specific dietary requirements you will need to talk to the head waiter and they will be able to make the appropriate arrangements for you each day. Any food intolerances are well catered for.

HOTEL PARKING FACILITIES
The hotel has an underground car park suitable for most vehicles but not camper vans due to the height. The charge is 12.50€ per day, payable at reception on arrival.

The onsite Spa is an oasis where you can relax your body and mind in the tranquility below the hotel. The latest wellness treatments are also available to book if you want to treat yourself!

The Esmeralda hotel is our over flow hotel if you can't get the dates you require at the Diamante.


Just a 3 minute walk from the Diamante, it is the next best place to stay and has a lower nightly tariff.

EATING AT THE DIAMANTE

If you are booked into the Esmeralda but have friends you would like to dine with at the Diamante, you can pay a supplement to eat at the main hotel instead.


Meal supplement: 6 € per meal

This way you can choose to have just lunch or dinner at the Diamante each day.


DIAMANTE FACILITIES

If you are staying at the Esmeralda you can still use all the facilities at the main hotel such as the swimming pool and Spa.
