As part of the Calpe Swing Fiesta group, you will receive a discount for your place at the hotel. You must book onto the event first, then you will receive the information required to book your accommodation directly with the booking team.

Rooms can booked as double, twin or triple if 3 of you want to share. For a triple room share you will receive a 25% discount on the 3rd persons room price since the 3rd bed is the fold-out sofa bed.

Within a reservation, the second and subsequent modifications will have an extra cost of €10.
Any modification made 15 days before carries a management fee of €10
HOTEL PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Each client must pay 50% of their stay at the time of booking confirmation.
The rest of the payment will be made 2 months before check-in.
• Any cancellation made between 15 and 30 nights before arrival will have 25 % of cancellations fee.
• Any cancellation made between 7 and 14 nights before arrival will have 50 % of cancellations fee.
• Any cancellation made between 0 and 6 nights before arrival will have 100 % of cancellations fee.
- Any early arrival or late departure must be requested to the Hotel in advance; it will be subject to availability and an additional cost may apply
- Each guest will be responsible for their extra expenses during their stay at the Hotel, so the Hotel will request a credit card from each of the participants during the check-in process as a guarantee for possible extra expenses
Paradise at The Diamante!
The daily classes take place in air-conditioned studios which overlook the pool and stunning surroundings, as well as in the ballroom front and back.
Meet us by the pool at 6pm for a chilled out pre-dinner dance and chat to the groovy tunes of Mike Sailsman.
The evening dances are held in the Grand Ballroom with its expanse of beautiful wooden dance floor. Bic & his team will be DJing a variety of swinging tunes each night and Gordon Webster will be performing with his band on the Friday and Saturday night.
Whether you are full or half board at the hotel, the newly renovated dining hall has a vast amount of fresh food to choose from with a buffet style selection available at each sitting with choices of hot, cold and freshly cooked meals.
If you have specific dietary requirements you will need to talk to staff at the restaurant entrance and they will be able to assist you. Any food intolerances are well catered for.
HOTEL PARKING FACILITIES
The hotel has an underground car park suitable for most vehicles but not camper vans due to the height. There is a daily charge, payable at reception on arrival.
The onsite Spa is an oasis where you can relax your body and mind in the tranquility below the hotel. The latest wellness treatments are also available to book if you want to treat yourself!
You are entitled to a complimentary Spa if you stay at the hotel for 4 nights or more. The Spa often offer a 10% discount for any treatments booked too.
