Steve has the role of event manager, overseeing that everything is running smoothly each day.
Tash will be the friendly face of registration on arrival and at the ballroom each night.
Helen will be on the registration desk when you arrive as well as some of the evening dances.
Helen will also be running stretch classes over the weekend so be sure to attend to sooth some of those danced out muscles.
Juan will be back again this year overseeing the band set up, DJing and lending a hand on the sign in desks when a Spanish speaker is needed!
