The weekend pass includes 3 days of classes, pool parties and evening dances plus the warm up dance on the Thursday night.
Complete your booking by December 31st 2023 to get the best price:

Additional days
From Monday 30th September to Friday 4th October
£18 per day
This is a compulsory fee if you choose to extend your stay. As well as classes and parties, the additional week includes lots of fun activities from Water Polo competitions, beach parties to cliff top walks.

To register, please complete the online form on the registration page. Once you have filled out the form, make sure you hit the
SUBMIT
button. You should receive an email copy of your admission once you have sent it.

You do not need to book with a partner. Once full payment is made your place will be confirmed and we will send you the link to book your accommodation under our group discount.
The main weekend dates are:
Friday 27th - Sunday 29th September 2024
You can book extra days before and after the main weekend:
Arrive from Thursday 26th September. There is a warm up dance that night which is included in the weekend event. There is also some availability to arrive Wednesday 25th September.
Add extra days the following week from Monday 30th September - Saturday 5th October.
We will run classes and evening socials during the following week Monday to Friday, plus extra activities. See the schedule page.
The additional week finishes with a Survivors Dance on Friday 4th October.
Final departures Sunday 6th October.
>> Flights & Airport transfers
You will need to book your own flight, the nearest airport is Alicante which is 1 hour away from Calpe.
You can book airport transfers directly with the hotel but you must fly into Alicante for this service. You will receive details of how to book this once event payment has been made.
The transfer booking must be done at least 7 days before using the service.
Flights need to arrive or depart between 7am and 11:55pm. For flights out of this timescale you will need to arrange your own transport from the airport.
The price per person is 21 € per way.
It is your responsibility to inform of any flight changes prior to your trip.
Please note, collection from the airport can be up to a 1 hour wait as you are on a shared shuttle.
Departure times from the hotel are usually 3-4 hours prior to your flight for your return. This is non-negotiable and part of the terms set by the company to guarantee your journey to the airport.
Local buses are an alternative travel option but are not direct. A taxi to the airport is €110.
>> How the Accommodation works
Once you have paid for the event, we will send you a link to book your accommodation to stay full or half board at the Diamante Beach Spa Hotel or at the overflow hotel, Roca Esmeralda.
You will receive special rates as part of our group Calpe Swing Fiesta. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
>> Is your partner a non-dancer?
The camp is open to everyone so if you would like to book on with someone who does not dance that is not a problem. They will still be able to participate in the poolside activities and evening socials.
Please note, there is no discount for non-dancers.
What happens if I need to cancel my event booking?
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your booking or if you need to cancel your place.
Cancellations incur administrative costs. The accommodation is a separate booking and you will need to contact them directly.
The period before departure within which the written cancellation is received, the total amount of cancellation fee you
will be charged is shown as a percentage of the holiday price:
56 days or more - Charged administrative fee of £10
55-29 Days - 75% refund
28-8 Days - 50% refund
7 - Departure - 0% refund
